Custom Brochure Displays Welcome Guests to Hocking Hills

The Hocking Hills Regional Welcome Center was looking for new brochure display racks to provide information about local businesses to visitors.

The Welcome Center contacted Gabriel Logan, located in nearby Logan, OH, for assistance with the project. Gabriel Logan donated custom fixtures to replace the 20-year-old greeting card racks that were being used.

Problem

  • Worn, dated bruchure display rack

Solutions

  • Gabriel Logan donated new fixtures to enhance the center

Personalized Design

Misty Wilfing, the national accounts manager at Gabriel Logan, visited the welcome center to determine some options for displays. She asked the staff what changes they would like to see, and showed them samples of various types of wood for their input.

“They built us beautiful racks,” exclaims Audrey Martin, operations director at the Welcome Center. “They had the general design but then added features like drawers for storage. They took all of our suggestions and did the design work themselves. We just asked for racks for the cards and some magazines and they combined all our information and came up with these. We are so pleased. “They are the first thing people see when they walk in the door. They fit in with the whole theme of the area and our lobby.”

High Quality Manufacturing and Materials

Martin believes that because of the high quality craftsmanship and wood, the displays will last for many years.

“They are very well constructed,” explains Martin. “The craftsmanship and materials are excellent. They used the recycled pellet boards that we had requested for the outside, but it’s obvious that the structure is superb.”

Gabriel Logan was able to deliver the fixtures in time for the annual rush of visitors in May.

“The old racks really didn’t draw your eye,” says Martin. “Visitors were just grabbing the literature. But now we get so many comments about the wood sides and how they fit in with the building and lobby.”

Quick to Recommend

Martin has recommended Gabriel Logan to everyone that needs displays, explaining that they are from a local company and how happy they are with the displays. The Hocking Hills Regional Welcome Center is proud to have these fixtures greeting visitors for decades to come.
