Prices

Our fixture prices are current wholesale prices and do not reflect crating charges, set-up charges, freight charges or applicable sales taxes. All prices are subject to these charges. All prices can change without notice.

Crating Charges

To ensure we can package your product appropriately for shipping purposes there will be a $35 crating charge per 30 sheets of slatwall panels.

Set-up Charges

There is a $75 set-up charge for laminate slatwall orders 24 sheets or less.

Freight / Shipping Charges

All freight / shipping charges are to be determined at the time of shipping. Freight / shipping charges are determined based on distance, weight and carrier. We are centrally located in the heart of the U.S. so we have access to the most economical shipping options available. We work diligently to get the best carrier and price for you. If you have a carrier preference, please provide us with the carrier name and your account number with the carrier company, otherwise we will choose the most economical means of transportation.

Terms

All payments are due prior to shipping unless credit is established. All merchandise will be invoiced at the time of shipment, and payment is due 30 days following the date of invoice. There will be a 2% interest per month charge on all overdue accounts. We proudly accept MasterCard®, VISA® and American Express® credit cards for all payments.

Claims

Gabriel Logan, LLC will not be responsible for product damages related in storage or in transit. All shipments should be carefully examined before being accepted from the carrier as our liability ends when the carrier signs our Bill of Landing acknowledging that the merchandise has been received in good condition. Claims for damaged products should be filed with the carrier within 5 days of receiving merchandise.

Returns

We do not accept returns on fixtures or slatwall. These pieces are custom built to your specifications and cannot be resold. Other returned merchandise will not be accepted without our written consent. All authorized returns are subject to a 35% restocking charge. When any item is returned, you will be responsible for payment of the freight / shipping costs.

Orders

To avoid errors, we request that all purchases be signed off for approval and accuracy before manufacturing begins. We are not responsible for errors unless orders are supported by an order confirmation.

Discounts
